Yes, but only with the Flex Plan. With this plan we will monitor all your listings and create a video for each new listing.

We have 3 different plans to suit most needs. You can compare all plans here.

With the Standard plan we will monitor your listings of one one type only i.e. Residential Property Sales or Rental / To Let or Commercial and create a video for each new listing.

With the Pay Per Video plan, we do not monitor your listings but you can order videos for any listing type. You provide the URL to the listing each time you wish to order a video. This URL can be for ANY listing type. You add the URL in your private members area.

With the Pay Per Video plan you provide the URL to the listing each time you wish to order a video. The URL can be for ANY listing type. You add the URL in your private members area. Videos are ordered using your pre-purchased credits. You can top up your credits any time. The cost per video is €25 per video or 7 credits.

With the Standard Plan we monitor your listings depending on your chosen Listing type (one only) and create a new video for each new listing. You can have one Listing type per Standard Plan e.g. Property Sales OR Rentals / To Let OR Commercial.

With the Flex Plan we monitor all your listings. You can provide one URL to monitor for EACH listing type i.e. Property Sales AND Rentals / To Let AND Commercial. With the Flex Plan we monitor all your listings for ALL listing types and create a video for each new listing.

With the Pay Per Video option, it is the URL that you provide for each order that determines the type of listing. It can be for any listing type, Sales, Rentals, or Commercial.

With the Standard and Flex plans we monitor all your listings at the URL you provide.

What Are Pix Video Credits?

Pix video credits apply to the ‘Pay Per Video' option only are used to pay for your listing videos. Credits are prepaid and are deducted from your credits balance upon order completion.

With the Pay Per Video plan you simply pre-purchase credits as required. You can top up your credits at any time from within your secure members area.

1 Pix Credit = 1 Listing Video

You can either choose to “pay as you go” using the ‘Pay Per Video' credits-based option or if you choose one of our pre-paid monthly plans, the ‘Standard Plan or the ‘Flex Plan' you will not need to purchase credits.

With the Standard and Flex Plans you do not need to purchase separate credits.

The Pay Per Video plan operates on a rolling credit system which means that any credits not used in a month are carried over to the next month. This is useful if you have months with less listings. Your credits are not lost and carry over to the next month.

You can request to change (upgrade / downgrade) your plan at any time in your members area.

The needs of each customer will vary however here are some example scenarios and suggested plans that may help with your choice…

1. You only want to order videos for some and not all listings. The Pay Per Video Plan is best suited.

2. You want to order videos for different listing types (e.g. some Residential and some Commercial) but the monthly volume of listings varies considerably. We suggest the Pay Per Video plan.

3. You have mainly residential property sales listings, and don't expect to have more than 6 per month, the Standard Plan with the Property Sales as your Listing Type.

4. You have a variety of different sales listings each month, and don't expect to have more than 6 per month, the Standard Plan with the Property Sales as your Listing Type.

Payments & Refunds

We use Stripe to process our payments.

With Stripe you can pay using Credit or Debit Cards.

We only accept online payments through our website. Cheques, bank transfers or cash payments are not accepted.

Errors

Due to the virtual nature of the products we produce, we will only provide refunds where we have made an error and a replacement video is not an option. Replacement videos are at our discretion.

An example of an error would be a property address incorrectly spelled in the final video to that which was on the listing URL.

Additionally, the quality and resolution of all images i.e. listing images and logo is the responsibility of the customer. We will use all images as-is. A low resolution image that has been uploaded to a listing may not look well in the final video and is not an error on our part. We create your videos based on the available details and images from your existing listing.

Cancellation of Monthly Plans

If you choose to cancel a monthly paid plan, or you close or delete your account and you have remaining videos left on your plan , there are no refunds for the value of any remaining videos.

Pay Per Video Credits

If you choose to close or delete your account and you have unused credits remaining, there are no refunds for the value of any remaining credits.

The Standard and Flex monthly plans renew automatically. If you don’t want to be billed, cancel your monthly plan a minimum of 3 days before the next renewal date otherwise the system will bill your card automatically.

The ‘Pay Per Video' plan is not a monthly plan and therefore does not renew. You purchase credits as required and there is no monthly billing on this plan.

Absolutely. We work with Stripe for all our payment processing which guarantees your safety and security.

All site communication and data transfer is secured and encrypted.

You will be able to still access your videos after you cancel your monthly plan.

If you were on a paid monthly plan and you cancel it, your account will remain open but no further videos will be created for you. You can renew or change your plan at any time from within your members area.

Please note if choose to delete your account you will lose access to your account, including all data and videos.

Monthly plans automatically renew until cancelled.

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time by clicking on the “Cancel Monthly Plan” button in your members area.

You will be able to still access your videos after you cancel your monthly plan.

If you were on a paid monthly plan and you cancel it, your account will remain open but no further videos will be created for you. You can renew or change your plan at any time from within your members area.

You will lose any unused videos if you cancel your monthly plan, close or delete your account during the plan cycle and you have unused videos remaining. There are no refunds for any unused videos. Similarly there are no refunds for any unused credits on the ‘Pay Per Video' plan.

Account Deletion

Please note if choose to delete your account you will immediately lose access to your account, including all data and videos. There are no refunds for account deletion.

Video Orders & Delivery

Once your video is complete, it is uploaded to your private members area, from where only you (or anyone with your member login details) can access or download it.

You will receive an email notification informing you when a new video is ready.

Your video will be Full 1080p HD Quality, MP4 format and available to download from within your members area.

Please allow 2 business days for delivery of your video.

In the case of the ‘Pay Per Video' plan this is 2 business days from the time you successfully place and pay for your order.

In the case of Standard and Flex plans this is 2 business days from the time your listing goes live at the listings URL that you have provided. Please ensure your listings URL(s) are up to date. Any inaccuracies in your listings URL(s) may result in delays in delivery of your video(s).

Individual video orders only apply to the ‘Pay Per Video' plan.

However it may not be possible to change or cancel your order as work may have already commenced on your order. Any cancellation or change request for a ‘Pay Per Video' order must be sent within one hour of the original order being successfully paid and placed. This is because work on your order may have already commenced.

Any orders that are successfully placed and not cancelled or changed within one hour of order placement are not eligible for any refund. This applies, but is not limited to, any change to the listing URL provided by you at the time of placing your order.

There are no ‘orders' on the Standard or Flex plans as each listing will result in a video being created, up to the maximum number of videos your plan permits. Therefore it is not possible to cancel or change an order for individual listings on these plans.

PIX Accounts

To fully use our service you are required to create an account.

Account creation is free and each new account receives free video credits in order to test out our service.

Upgrading to a paid plan is not required to test the service.

Each new account is awarded free bonus video credits.

You can use these to order videos and test the service.

The video credits must be used within 7 calendar days after you create your account.

Once you have created a new account, go to the Order Videos page and use your free credits to order a listing video.
